Stinger Systems Completes $3.0 Million Private Placement Financing Monday August 6, 9:15 am ET

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 6 -- Stinger Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: STIY), a leader in electro-stun technology to the law enforcement and military community, today announced that it has executed a securities purchase agreement and closed a private placement transaction with an institutional investor. The terms of the transaction include the issuance of a $3.0 million senior secured convertible note accompanied by a common stock purchase warrant. Midtown Partners & Co., LLC was the sole placement agent.
